BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE


Molly Bass holds degrees in Piano Performance and Pedagogy and Vocal Music Education from Bemidji State University. She is licensed in Minnesota for K-12 Vocal and Classroom Music. Molly has over twelve years of experience working with students of all ages, teaching piano and voice lessons and accompanying numerous soloists and large groups. Molly is a current vocal soloist at Camelback Christian Church and pianist at First Baptist Church of Tempe. She has performed the roles of Pamina in Mozart’s “The Magic Flute”, and Peep-Bo, in Gilbert and Sullivan’s “The Mikado”, in Bemidji State University’s Opera Theater. She was a soloist in several Opera Night Galas and the Bemidji State University Commencement Ceremony. Molly participated in L’Opportunita Vocal Intensive Training Program (MN 2018), was the Vocal Coach for the Summer Vocal Institute for High School Students (MN 2018), and the Artistic Director of the New Covenant Arts Academy Summer Music Camp (AZ 2019, 2020). Molly frequently attends Vocal Pedagogy Seminars taught by David Jones and continues to study voice with Dr. Jennifer Olson. She loves teaching students of all ages and backgrounds and finds great joy when they experience success in whatever they do!
